Lola's sibling, Goya, had a medical condition, which was painful and causing him to rapidly lose weight. After many weeks of suffering Dr. Em was there with Goya and me during the final moments and she provided a compassionate and kind euthanasia. Also his remains were taken care of, and within a week his ashes were returned. Dr. Em helped through a difficult time.

My dog ingested rat poison in December 2011 without us knowing. We took him here on the recommendation of our vet at VCA Orchard Plaza San Jose, CA. Charles stayed here for a week, undergoing a blood transfusion and platelet transfer. I called them over 15 times a day wanting an update on his condition, and would drive up there to sit with him everyday before work. They were ALWAYS courteous, understanding, empathetic, and informational no matter how emotional I was, or how many times a day I called to check on him. They answered every question, phone call, with the same care and respect. They would let me sit with him in a room for an hour everyday before I had to go to work, just because I wanted Charles to not feel alone while so sick. He almost died from this, and this clinic saved his life, and in the process helped ease my stress and worry, with amazing compassion and respect. They will forever be my hero's, and I know my Charles is the happiest pup in the world.
